Pre-order information

For certain products that are not yet in stock, but for which we already know an approximate delivery date, we offer the option of pre-ordering. We can only order as many items in our shop as have been promised to us by the supplier. This means that everyone who places a pre-order with us should receive this product. As soon as these are sold out, you can sign up for a reminder (‘notification when available’) without obligation and will receive a message as soon as more copies are available.

What are my advantages?

You will be one of the first to hold the item in your hands and go fishing with it! Before the products are regularly available in the shop, you have already reserved your copy for yourself!

With some items and a longer pre-order phase, you can save money! The earlier you order, the higher the discount! You can see the validity of any special offer prices directly in the product details.
Do I have to pay for the item in advance?

Yes, the pre-order is only valid if we receive payment no later than 7 days after receipt of the order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and the product released again. Therefore, only the payment methods prepayment, PayPal or instant bank transfer are possible. Cash on delivery is not possible. If you want to order cash on delivery, you will have to wait until the item is regularly available.

Will I receive the ordered item 100%?

As already mentioned, we only offer the number of items for pre-order that the supplier has already promised us. Unfortunately, however, it can happen that products are damaged during delivery or there is a picking error and we receive fewer items than we were promised. In principle, we pack orders according to the date of receipt. In the event of a shortfall, we inform the customer(s) of an alternative date with the most recent order. If this date and no replacement item is possible, we will of course refund the full amount and even add something on top as compensation.

Are the delivery dates 100% binding?

No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The approximate delivery dates are based on the information provided by the suppliers and our experience. As a rule, we even allow for a small buffer so that the items often reach us 1-2 weeks earlier than planned. If there is a delay, we will inform all customers of the new delivery date as soon as possible.

Can I change the delivery address at a later date?

As long as no dispatch has yet taken place (of which we will inform you by e-mail), the delivery address can be changed without any problems by stating the order number. If this also changes the country of delivery (e.g. due to a move from Germany to Austria), the difference in shipping costs must be paid subsequently.

Can I combine pre-orders with regular products in one order?

No. The combination of pre-orders and items from our regular stock is not possible for organisational reasons. To ensure that pre-orders reach you as quickly as possible, they are packed and dispatched separately from the normal dispatch process. If you want to order other items from our stock, then complete the pre-order and start with a new shopping basket. Unfortunately, the same applies to free items, as these are also from our regular stock and cannot be packed together.

Why can I only select self-collector and cash payment?

You have apparently added other items to your shopping basket in addition to the items in the ‘Pre-order’ category. However, we have to enter the pre-orders in separate orders (see one point above).
